Yummy

Yummy Cookies!

Found this receipe in a Family Home Evening Cookbook that I must have picked up at Personal Enrichment night in one of the old wards I was in.

I tried them and loved them!

Cake Mix Cookies
1 cake mix (any flavor)
2 eggs
2 tablespoons oil (butter flavor if you have it)
2 tablespoons water for crisp cookies, or 2 tablespoons water for soft cookies
****** correction to this sentence! 2 tablespoons water for crisp cookies, or 3 tablespoons water for soft cookies.*******

* Preheat oven to 375 degrees
* Mix all ingredients
* Can be rolled and chilled then sliced, or dropped by the spoonful, or rolled into balls and flattened.
* Bake for 8-10 minutes on greased cookie sheet.

I used a spice cake mix and the cookies tasted like snickerdoodles! YUM!

Sounds yummy, but I don't see how 2 tablespoons make crunchy cookies, and the same 2 tablespoons makes soft cookies?

oopps! My friend Heidi pointed out that I had a type-o on the receipe. It should be 2 tablespoons water for crunchy cookies and 3 tablespoons water for soft cookies.
