Sunny Day

I have had a few requests to post a picture of the whole perm. I am thinking about it. It is really scary, and every time I see a picture of myself I cringe! ewhhhh! I did finally get two nice comments at church yesturday. I had used my big curling iron on it to make the curls softer and that seemed to help. I will work on getting a picture posted soon.

It is a warm (56 degrees! Oh HOOOO!) day! Really. This is very warm for us when it has been 20 degrees and lower. We are excited that Spring is finally here! Although I heard that it is suppose to rain for the next 5 days. So....Spencer and I will be getting out today to spend some time in the sun and soaking it up. And because it is spring, I am Spring Cleaning! Which means, organizaing and getting rid of tons and tons of stuff, (that I sware must be breeding in my basement because I don't remember having this much stuff when we moved into the house a year and a half ago). So far I have cleaned out my old (soon to be tossed) china hutch. I had tons of items that I stashed in there when guests would come to visit. It was always a good place to keep stuff but I never remembered to take the stuff out later. I had table clothes and place mats that I have not used in 4 years+ or at all, for that matter. I let them go....Freed them from the chinahutch and now they are on their way to the Goodwill to find a new home!

I have also been working on going through all of my craft stuff- Scrapbooking stuff making a list to either sell on Ebay or have my very own garage sale/porch sale (since the weather is getting nicer), and invite friends over to buy at a really Low Price, some of the items that I will never use. We will see when that will happen.

I also, need to go through all the clothes that Spencer has. He has grown so fast and alot of the stuff that he was given to him he has out grown. I have tried to keep the same sizes in boxes but when it got really cold, and it was no fun to be in the basement in the storage room, I just started stacking the clothes and the pile has grown! I need to get down there and organize!

On a side note.....I signed Spencer up for a Tiny Tot music class that is offered by the City. It is suppose to start on April 10th. I am not sure what it be like, but I thought we would give it a try. It sounded like fun, and he really enjoys music. I find him dancing all the time now, even at church when we are singing. LOL!

Oh, and Spencer knows the sign for "MORE" It is suppose to be in fingers from both hands touching, but he can't do that just yet....so he just takes his right hand and places it on his left hand, kind of like he is going to cross his arms. It is so cute! I have been working on getting him to do this sign....he finally understands what the word "More" means and how to tell me that he wants more of something. He already does the sign for "Bottle" not much but he knows what it means when I do the sign. And we are working on the sign for "Help". I am thinking about signing him up for a baby sign class but the ones I know about here are very exspensive, and you have to committ to 12+weeks. I can't promise that Spencer will like it and I don't want to spend a ton of money on something I am not sure he will like. We are taking the Swim Lessons again. He took his first lessons when he was 9 months old to 11 months! He will be 14 months when the new lessons start. July 1st! It will be really nice to get into the cool pool on the hot summer days! I am excited to see how well he does.
