Santa Clause & Ice Cream

Had a busy day today. Wednesday is my busy day. Bryan has the day off so I tend to use him to watch the Bug for me so that I can get some shopping done, and doctor appointments taken care of. Today was no different. I had my massage therapy at 8am this morning...and I was non-stop all day....until now as I finally get to sit down and blog.

The Bug and I went to Gymboree at 10am for his class. He loves all the equipment that he can climb and crawl on and jump on and slide down. We had one small fall today...and were pretty upset for about 10 sec. and then we were off! He is really enjoying this class. Plus it helps him to get some of his energy used up...since it has been so cold out side...we don't get out to much. Yesturday we did go out...The Bug did NOT like the snow on his hands! Screaming continued for about 10 minutes after this picture was taken. And just to let all those reading this blog....NO....I didn't snap pictures of my Bug crying when he was in the snow crying. I snapped this picture just before he fell, but there is a delay...and this is how it turned out.

Later today Bryan watched the Bug while I went to visit the ladies I Visit Teach through my church. I just dropped off cookie tins for the three ladies and then was off to the greocery store to stock up on Fruit-Cups. The Bug ate them all and was pretty upset when there was none left his morning for Breakfast. Melt-downs have become routine in our home lately. And the Bug is really good at them. I have to give him a 9.9 for the kicking and screaming.

After the Bug's nap we got him dressed in his Christmas Clothes...and caught the bus next to our home to head down to the Mall to see Santa Clause! The Bug loves to ride the bus. He just sat on Bryan's lap so calm. Once we got to the Plaza (bus terminal) we took the sky walks over to the Mall and waited for Santa to arrive. We didn't buy the pictures that they would have taken because.....well take a look at the picture that I managed to get of the Bug with Santa.

Bryan was standing just out of view. That is why Bug's arms are out streached to the right. It was only for 10 sec. I took the picture FAST!!!!! Santa said that he would bring the Bug a Truck for Christmas....wish he would have said something with a ball in it....as I already have bought some items like that. Don't think the Bug will remember really what Santa said this year...and not we will not mention the Truck gift again.

After seeing Santa we went to get some ice cream. The Bug loves ice cream....and if you say the word he makes the "Sign" for it over and over tell he gets some. Here are a few pictures of the ice cream.

We took the bus back home and then Bryan told me to take some "ME" Time and I went shopping. I bought a few more items for the Bug and a Air Compressor for Bryan that he said he wanted. I ended up giving it to him when I got home....because it was way to HEAVY for me to try and carry into the house and hide tell Christmas. LOL!
