Girls night out!

Anyone want our SNOW!
We got another 3 inches last night!

Went out with my friends in Book Club and saw a movie last night.
I rode the bus down town to the theater. It was so much fun actually. The bus stop is only two houses down, so it is really close. When I arrived down town I did have to walk outside to get to the mall entrance because the sky walk was closed but that was ok. It was not all that bad.

I met up with my friends at the ticket booth. There were 5 of us. We all didn't see the same movie. I went with two other ladies to see "P.S. I Love You." A great chick flick that had me crying and laughing through out the movie...sometimes at the same time. It was sad, but you know, life is not perfect...it is not happy all the time...and that is what I think I liked about the movie the most. It was REAL.

I can't remember what the two other ladies saw. LOL

Afterwards we met downstairs in the food court and talked; since all the food places were closed. I had a really good time hanging out with my girl friends. It has been a few months since I have gotten to do that. I actually was thinking about canceling last night because I was soooo tired by 6:30pm but I made my self go and it was the best! I was really tired afterwards though and climbed into bed right when I got home.

It was so nice to have a break from "the boys". Sad to say that, but sometimes it helps me to appreciate my life more when I get a chance to step away for a few hours by myself, to help me find "Me" again.

Oh, and my friends talked about the book "Twilight". We are going to be reading it this year in book club. I am not sure what month but I went a head and ordered a used copy for myself on Amazon...and hopefully it will arrive soon. I have heard so much about this book and can't wait to read it for myself. And discuss i with all my friends...near and far. And I heard that the book is being made into a movie! Filming starts in February 2008.
