I am thankful for modern medicine.
I am grateful for the ER doctor who diagnosed the Pulmonary Embolism, and all the technicians who did the testings (i.e. chest x-ray, ultrasound, MRI, blood work). With out them I would probably not be here right now.
I am still in shock over having the Pulmonary Embolism. It is a very serious thing, but I have some good doctors who are helping me. Weekly blood checks are still being done, but my doctor promises that will change to every two weeks, and then maybe once a month. We will see.

I'm thankful for your doctors too...and that mom was there to help recognize the symptoms. :)
Oh my gosh!! I'm so glad they caught it. (((HUGS)))
