ZUMBA!!!

It has been a month since I started a new activity just for me. It is called Zumba. What is that you might be asking. Well, it is a Latin Inspired Dance/Arobic Program that my local YMCA offers to its members.

One of my friends in the local MOMS Club that I am a member of was posting alot about how much fun she was having attending the classes at the local YMCA. After seeing her posts on Facebook about it for weeks I just had to ask her what Zumba was. She told me and I was very interested in giving it a try.

I joined the YMCA in late January and I took my first Zumba class, and I was hooked! I love the music and the dance steps. I have been on a search the past few days for the music the instructors have been using in class, and I have found several of them. I added them to my playlist that I can listen to on my computer but I would like to have copies I could down load onto my MP3 player and I could listen to them while I am doing my house work for modivation.

I have kind of not been to good at wanting to do my house work the past week. Weather? Not sure. Maybe the music will help. :)
