No Naps

Update:

Bug is no longer taking naps during the day. His last official nap was on Monday when I put him down at 2pm and then the kid kept sleeping…and sleeping…and sleeping…
At 1:30am on Tuesday morning he woke up and I heard him downstairs….BUT I was so tired…(insomnia) and I had just fallen asleep at about 12:45am I think…so I was not about to get up. I fell back to sleep and Bug had a huge “Party” in the basement play room and his bedroom.

When I woke up at 6:45am I headed down to check on him. It was quite as I slowly walked down the stairs…turned the corner and then I saw it! The playroom looked like a tornado had swept through it. Toys, Flashcards, blankets, puzzles, coloring books, cars, plastic food, and little plates, blocks, balls, books, …….. Were EVERYWHERE!!!!

I carefully stepped over the ciaos on the floor and went to Bug’s bedroom door. Opening it ever so slowly, afraid of what I was going to see. And what I saw made me laugh. The light was turned on bright…books and train toys were all over the floor…but Bug was in his bed…sound a sleep. He pulled the blankets up on himself and he was passed out.

I have no idea how long he had been a wake but he went back to bed.

So no more naps for him…and he has been sleeping through the night…like an angle.

And as for me and my insomnia…well it continues.
