Um, the following pictures are proof that I have a climbing child. She is only 11 months old and she can already do the following. I will let the pictures explain.
Watch her.
Yep she is climbing up that slide all by her self. She just took off down to the play structure. I thought the grass would stop her but nope. I thought the bark would stop stop her but NO again. And then she went straight to the slide and climbed up on it, and then proceeded to climb up the whole thing to the top!!!!She did it like 10 times. I put her on the stairs and she climbed them "lickity split".

Wow Brenda! Ember is really starting to look and behave like a toddler instead of a baby. My 14-month old Laura is busy too. She rarely wants to stop to snuggle anymore. Where did our little babies go?? ~Joy
wow- she's a brave little girl.
She will probably be like Cynthia- she practically came out of the womb running. She still can't go anywhere slowly. Anyway, I think the second child also learns and hits those milestones earlier than the first because they have someone closer to their size to copy!
