New Recipe

Aloo Gobi

Recipe Link shared from a very good friend who is getting me to try new types of foods.

I mentioned I didn't like Cauliflower and they recommended I give this dish a try. I was a bit reluctant, but I have been more open to trying new things lately so I headed to the food store to buy the supplies. I forgot to bring my list of ingredients but I managed to make a very tasty dish. And I have to say I honestly LOVE this DISH! I LOVE it! I can eat it every single day! And pretty much did for a week. It goes a long way. Ladybug loved it too. She would keep opening her mouth like a little bird when she saw me with a bowl of the stuff.

Aloo Gobi is a low point vegetarian stew typically served with basmati rice and roti. This can be a main dish or a side dish.

Hey MaryRuth, I will post my answer about your question here as well as email you personally just in case you don't read this.
I did a search for garam masala spice at walmart and yes, it looks like you can buy it there. Here is the link I found.

Let me know how it turns out if you make it. It is sooooo yummy! I think I am going to buy more cauliflower this week to make more. :)
