Brenda Needs....

Well I am tired of all the heavy thinking I have been doing lately. I need a vacation! And I will be taking one starting on Monday. Bryan and Bug and I are driving up to Calgary, Alberta to visit with Bryan's older brother and family. I think the last time we saw them was Christmas of 2002? I think...that is correct and if that is correct...oh my goodness that is way to long. Nope....I was wrong we saw them in February of 2004 when all of Bryan's brother's came to visit us before we bought our home. We had a tiny apartment we were living in and everyone had to stay at a hotel. We didn't do to much other than play video games, and I took all the girls to the local Scrapbook store and we shopped for almost 2 hours. WoW! And then we went to the lingerie store a few stores down from the scrapbooking store *LOL* and bought little gifts for our hubbies to wear. We gave our gifts to our hubbies all at the same time. The guy were pretty embarrased to say the least. It was funny!

So we will start our 12 hour drive on Monday and then spend three days in Calgary and then head home on Friday (another 12 hour drive). Here is hoping that Bug does ok on the trip. I think he will. We will stop several times, so that he can streach his legs. We have a Portable DVD player that we will bring with us too with all his shows on it to watch. I have been recording shows from our DVR machine like crazy. Blues Clues, Dragon, Hi-5, Seaseme Street-Elmo's World, Veggie Tales, 321 Penguines, ect... ect...ect...

I hope to have some fun pictures to share with you all when we get back.
