Just needed to vent. I am tired of my hair falling out. I think the hormones because of the pregnancy is causing my hair to fall out. Actually, I know the hormones are doing this. It is driving me crazy. I just found 5 hairs on my shirt as I sat down to blog, and I have already found atleast 100 today. They are everywhere! Bug is even getting tired of finding my hairs on his clothes. He gets really upset when he finds them, because he wants them OFF!
Will I be bald before I give birth?

Nope- you won't be bald. It falls out at first, then stops and grows fast and thicker and then after- wow watch out. That's when it falls out. But really.. it's just getting back to how it was before. So it's all good.
Oh ya... fun fun times with pregnancy. Not sure why it has to affect EVERY body part and area.. but it does at sometime in the 9 months. I'm now enjoying the stuffed nose. haha.
well...I'm not sure if you ever really liked your thick straight hair! Maybe it will be better now...and you will have 10 hairs like me! Aaah...a mother ~ daughter look! *smiles*
Sorry to hear about your hair falling out. My hair so long that there is always hair lying around the house.
Congrats on on hearing the heartbeat. I went w/Jandre yesterday and got to hear her baby's heart beat. She's 10 weeks.
Oh goodness! I remember my losing my hair for a long, long time with my second child. I thought I would surely go bald. I continued to lose my hair for months after I had him. My hormones were crazy! I remember sitting on the couch, running my hands through my hair, and pulling hair out with my hands. It finally stopped, thank goodness. Men truly do not understand all that our bodies go through. One of my least favorite pregnancy symptoms was excessive saliva. I had that with both kids and I felt like I was gagging all the time from the spit. It was so gross!!!!
Andrea and I had exactly the same situation....but I don't remember the excessive saliva like Karen...eeew! *kAcK!* I didn't end up bald so I think you're safe. :)
I don't really remember mine falling out too much, but I do remember it growing back. I went to get my hair done, and my SIL (she does my hair) said, wow, here's the re-growth of what I like to call "baby-hair"! So it does come back, but it's annoying when it does...not to sound so pessimistic! lol! And I agree with Andrea, unfortunately being pregnant effects every aspect of your body....but it's so worth it and such an amazing transformation!
Don't worry Brenda. It is normal! Sad, but normal.
